Osuna cuestiona el fallo del Superior Tribunal sobre Ley de Buenas Prácticas en Fitosanitarios
La diputada nacional señaló que la decisión judicial no considera adecuadamente normas constitucionales de jerarquía igual o superior y advirtió que con la nueva normativa, los químicos "pueden entrar en sus viviendas, escuelas y centros de salud" sin restricciones suficientes.
